![]() ![]() That was my whole point in staying there.the shuttle. And, when I returned, I had to wait about 20 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up. The shuttle was there on time and got me to my airline. Getting the bathtub faucet to shut off and not drip.a challenge. The bathtub plug didn't work so I had to cover the drain with something in order to take a bath. I'm glad I had a sleeping pill.I didn't have to endure it for long. ![]() The room was not awful.but just spare enough to be a mental turn off. And, someone was cooking in their hotel room and the (unpleasant) fragrance was in the hall and even wafting under my door into my hotel room. The hallway going to my a dirty band aide on the carpet. Overall just a good, basic motel to serve the park and fly purpose.I only stayed here because I had an early flight out and staying close to the airport seemed the smartest thing to do. They run a shuttle about every 30 minutes and when you get back into KCI just call and they come pick you up very promptly. The parking rate is a flat 5.00 per day which is 3 dollars cheaper than the airport. The breakfast was lacking but we didn't eat anyway as we left super early in the am. It is not a five star but it was clean and sufficient for what we needed. This is a very basic hotel and a great place to layover. HAHA! The room had a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. Then we booked through the hotel directly and he gave me a 10% discount for my "patience" and "troubles". I had to end up calling Expedia to cancel the reservation. He was very helpful in trying to find it. When we arrived the host could not find our reservation from Expedia. ![]() The hotel is somewhat dated but the rooms are clean and well kept. We needed a park-n-fly as we had a long drive to the airport and a super early departure so we chose this hotel based on reviews and price. ![]()
